What Is Included In training with Coach Cole?
Programming based upon your current goals During our initial consult we will discuss your goals, previous training cycle, and identify your strengths and weaknesses. After collecting this data, we will have the best plan to reach your goals through a sustainable training plan based upon your lifestyle outside the gym.
Video analysis on a weekly basis Sending in videos via the tru coach app will be key for us to dial in technique and create progression across gymnastics and weightlifting movements.
Video Calls Monthly Chatting monthly will entail discussing your goals and how we can improve your training cycle.
Weekly Online Coaching Nothing is ever set in stone when it comes to your training. Your life outside the gym will dictate your energy levels and your progress inside of the gym. When working with me we will always tailor your weekly training based upon: sleep, nutrition, and mood.

I am a three time Crossfit Games athlete and am currently the 17th Fittest Man On Earth. I have been doing CrossFit for 11 years now and coaching for five.
